The Combination system allows players to craft and decompose weapons, costumes and characters. It comprises two sections; Preset Combination (lists down known combination combos) and Customized Combination.
As Counter-Strike Online 2 offers skin grades ranging from C (lowest) all the way to SS (highest), upgrading skin finishes require 5 skins of the same type (e.g. pistols) to increase the chances of success. The image below displays combining five grade-B skins to fabricate a grade-A skin or finish:

In addition, certain "hidden" weapons are able to be crafted as a result of combining several skin comprising different finishes via the Customized Combinations tab. The HK MK23, which is neither sold nor found elsewhere is discovered through the fusion below:

Clan-exclusive weapons on the other hand, are only available to players that have joined clans. By completing clan missions, clan reward boxes are awarded which drops weapon boxes and blueprints to unlock a different set of weapons, such as the Izhmash SVD.
Meanwhile, the Combination feature isn't just limited to weapon fabrications. Certain items especially from event drops are supported, such as combining materials and cards to yield goodie bags, characters or even weapons.
Experimenting with various combinations unlocks more blueprints for future accessibility on the Preset Combination tab.
Decomposition, on the other hand are mainly to break down duplicate items and weapons from the inventory. This feature is accessible via the Customized Combination tab and the "Black Dragon" contract, sold in game points is required before proceeding. A "Black Dragon" contract only supports one item at a time.
Alternatively, players could decompose them from the inventory, with supported items having a "Decompose" (blue) button beside the "Equip" (gray).
Besides the contents supported, the main difference between the "Black Dragon" decomposition and the Inventory decomposition is that the former returns mileage points which are used to purchase limited-edition items from the Shop, while the latter returns weapon materials and occasionally game points.
